What you can expect from me as your Consultant:

* We will need to decide on the relationship we will have, Buyer Agent or Sellers Agent.

* I will lead you through the entire process of buying step by step.

* We will dicuss your "Wish List" and out of that list we will talk about what items you can expect to find due to your present situation. Remember you might not be able to get everything you want in your first home.

* I will walk you through the financial details associated with buying a home, including understanding the various mortgages and home buying programs available to you.

*I will monitor all new listings and alert you to new houses as soon as they are put on the market.

*I will eliminate the stress involved with buying a home by putting my years of Real Estate experience to work for you!

Some VERY important things that you need to do before buying a home:

1. Check your credit.
2. Get approved before you buy. I can help direct you to Financial Advisors who are experienced in MANY programs.
3. Learn about the neighborhood you are thinking about moving into.
4. Have reasonable expectations.
