Hello, my name is Sue Rudy, I am a Century 21® Realestate Consultant who has vast knowledge of the West Allis area.
I grew up here and I am very familar with what is happening in West Allis, from the renovation of the downtown area to Real Estate market values in the area.
West Allis is a GREAT location, we are close to major shopping malls, grocery stores and freeways that will take you just about anywhere.
I feel that education is a very important part of any position in life. I strive to keep up on all the lastest changes in this field, plus learn new ways of communicating with my buyers/sellers through new technolagies, but remembering not to lose the "in person and phone communication" which is very important in this field. Lots of information is given online but you still need that in person touch through out the process.
